For live products, natural variation should be expected. Live Calci Worms and similar products may vary in size, colour, movement, and appearance depending on age, temperature, handling, and transport conditions.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and packaging may change from time to time without notice.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where necessary.

1. Animal feeding and product use

Our products are intended to be used in accordance with the product descriptions, feeding guidance, packaging information, and any instructions provided by us.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your animal, pet, flock, or intended use. Feeding requirements vary depending on species, age, size, condition, diet, and individual circumstances.

Any feeding guides or product information provided on our website are for general guidance only and are not veterinary advice. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your animal, you should seek advice from a qualified vet or suitably experienced animal care professional.

1. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Your order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance and process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not available to your address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been processed or dispatched, especially where live or perishable products are involved.

1. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date billing, delivery, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Payment is processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

1. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes shown on our website, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, weather, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, customs checks, events outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For live or perishable products, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery, and that the products are opened and checked promptly on arrival.

Risk in the products passes to you once the products have been delivered to the delivery address provided.

1. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, refunds, damaged items, faulty items, and non-returnable products are dealt with under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Some products, including live Calci Worms and other live or perishable products, cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Opened dried Calci Worms and other unsealed products may also be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, and resale reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur, including errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery information, or promotional offers.
